Jeff Gerwitz, Fly Tying Coordinator for Vanguard Chapter

Fly Tying – 3rd Thursday, each month at Dinosaur Hill Nature Center @ 7:30PM.  All materials will be provided, tying equipment is available for use.  Summer months may be fishing outings instead of tying. Check schedule below for updates. BRING A FEW BUCKS ($$$) FOR THE 50/50 DRAWING! THIS PAYS FOR THE TYING MATERIALS.

NOTE:The tables at the Nature Center are too thick for the clap on most clamp-on fly tying vises.  Bring a pedestal  vise if you have one, otherwise please bring a short 3/4" to 1" thick board to set on the table so that it can extend over the end of the table to hold your vise clamp.
