protect and restore coldwater fisheries.
Sunday July 11, 9:30am to 11am at the RHEEC.
Hi All,
We have rescheduled stream flow monitoring training. Training will
be held Sunday July 11, just before the SE MI Trout Unlimited
Picnic, 9:30 to 11 am. Picnic to follow 11-3. Training and the
picnic will be held at the Rochester Hills Environmental Education
Center. We will go over why stream flow monitoring is important, how
it is done, and which coldwater streams in Michigan are in need of
stream flow data. We will also practice monitoring flow in the
Clinton River. Please RSVP to me if you plan to attend, also let me
know if you plan to come to the picnic but have not RSVPd yet, I
will take care of that for you.
Please
bring appropriate clothing for the weather and waders if you’d like
to try taking some flow measurements.
RSVP to me kthomas@michigantu.org.
I hope to see you all there!
